In het oude vissersdorp, San Pedro del Pinatar, vind je ons luxe appartement. Op fietsafstand van de Mar Menor (binnenzee) en de Middellandse Zee! Aan de lange boulevard langs de Mar Menor tref je veel gezellige barretjes en winkeltjes. Heerlijk om langs het strand te wandelen of te fietsen. Op circa 10 minuten met de auto liggen 2 leuke winkelcentra, La Zenia en Dos Mares. Hier kun je naar hartelust shoppen. In de directe omgeving van het appartement tref je veel mooie golfbanen aan. Het penthouse bevindt zich in een appartementencomplex met in totaal 28 woningen. Het penthouse beschikt op de eerste verdieping over een woonkamer met open keuken, 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers.
