By selecting your desired period, you can request the rental price for that period. In the next step, which is not yet a reservation, you'll also need to pay the mandatory final cleaning fee (€175) and a security deposit (€300). After booking confirmation, we require a 30% deposit. Free cancellation is possible up to 42 days in advance, and the deposit will be refunded. Within 42 days, you'll be charged 100% of the total price.

The stay is on an accommodation basis. For flight tickets, we would like to refer you to Transavia. They offer daily flights from Eindhoven/Rotterdam/Amsterdam/Brussels to Alicante. From here it is approximately a 50-minute drive to our apartment.

We charge adjusted prices for stays longer than 3 weeks. Send your desired period by email (info@casazinzi.nl) and we will send you the price as soon as possible.
