You will find our luxury apartment in the old fishing village of San Pedro del Pinatar. Within cycling distance of the Mar Menor (inland sea) and the Mediterranean Sea! You will find many cozy bars and shops on the long boulevard along the Mar Menor. Wonderful for walking or cycling along the beach. There are 2 nice shopping centers about 10 minutes by car, La Zenia and Dos Mares. Here you can shop to your heart's content. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find many beautiful golf courses. With a choice of Lo Romero Golf (eighteen holes of pure fun), Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, Las Ramblas Golf, Roda Golf, La Serena Golf, La Manga Club, Club de Golf Torre-Pacheco or UGOLF Mar Menor there is something for everyone a suitable job!
It is pleasant to stay in San Pedro del Pinatar all year round. You can relax there during the mild winters and the not very hot summers thanks to the presence of the sea. There are approximately 320 sunny days every year and the average annual temperature is a wonderful 18 degrees. Moreover, it rains very little in this corner of Spain. In San Pedro del Pinatar all the ingredients are present for an unforgettable stay on the Costa Cálida.
The penthouse is located in an apartment complex with a total of 28 homes. The penthouse has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. The penthouse also has a large sunny roof terrace with outdoor kitchen. The complex has a communal swimming pool. There are also 4 nice bicycles in the shed that you can use during your stay.
The living room with open kitchen
The living room has a comfortable sofa. The television has NL Ziet and the most common apps as standard. The soundbar can also serve as a music box; just connect and listen to your own music.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (oven/microwave/dishwasher/induction hob, etc.) and is an extension of the living room.
The bedrooms and bathrooms
The master bedroom has 2 single beds which can of course be pushed together.
From this bedroom you can directly use the adjacent bathroom with double sink.
De tweede slaapkamer heeft eveneens 2 éénpersoons bedden.
The third bedroom has a double bed. Due to the small size of 190 cm x 150 cm by Dutch standards, it is particularly suitable for children.
The roof terrace
The roof terrace is equipped with all amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs, lounge set, sun beds, an (outdoor) shower and an extra toilet.
