We are Margreet and Serge and we have recently become the proud owners of a holiday home on the Costa Calida in Spain. Located in the town of San Pedro del Pinatar, this house is a wonderful place to enjoy a well-deserved holiday on one of the most beautiful coastal areas in Spain!

We would like to show our apartment on this site and also offer it for rent, so that you can enjoy everything that the house and the region has to offer with us.

Wonderful, such a spacious roof terrace that is equipped with all amenities! Including an outdoor kitchen, sunbeds and lounge sofa!

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the apartment is ideal for 6 people.

A spacious fully equipped kitchen with large living room offers enough space for 6 people to relax.

The apartment complex consists of 28 homes. There is a swimming pool on site, which at 15m x 6m is large enough to swim a few nice laps.
